The purest simplicity of Brazilian farofas with an extra crunchy texture and mild aroma, reminiscent of "Grandma's" houses.
The most important ingredient is garlic, which has a remarkable flavor and is very low in calories. It also contains large amounts of protein, manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, selenium, fiber, calcium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin B1.
This farofa has a blend of 3 different flours, is gluten-free, and lactose-free, and also caters to vegans and vegetarians.
It goes well with seafood, poultry, beef, pork, lamb and vegetables.
Ingredients: cassava, onion, corn oil, garlic, sweet pepper and whole salt.
STORAGE: Once opened, we recommend keeping in a closed container and consuming within 15 days when stored in the closed pouch bag, and up to 60 days when kept in the can, so that the original crunch, aromas and flavors are preserved.
